Benefits of Sports in School: * Physical Health: Regular physical activity through sports helps students maintain a healthy weight, strengthens their cardiovascular system, improves bone density, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases. * Mental Health: Engaging in sports can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It releases endorphins, natural mood boosters, and promotes a sense of well-being. * Academic Performance: Studies have shown a positive correlation between physical activity and academic achievement. Sports can enhance cognitive function, concentration, and memory, leading to improved academic performance. * Social Skills: Team sports foster teamwork, cooperation, communication, and leadership skills.
